KEEPING IT REEL

Most content is curated for social media these days. I've been fortunate enough to study through the boom of its importance and learn the ins and outs of its ever-evolving platforms. I've managed the organic social presence of a national brand for the last five years, growing its Instagram from 3K to almost 25K followers by bringing all content creation in house. 
Creating trending reels, funny memes and designing informative messaging is a great way to connect with your audience on a more authentic level. Relating to the people beyond the screens is what it's all about! The variety of content keeps things fun and welcoming, while staying true to brand voice and values. It's one of my favourite parts of the position I'm in as a Content Specialist. 
Here, I direct a roster of influencers, brand ambassadors and content creators to maintain a healthy social presence, foster long-term relationships, keep a full content calendar, boost branded campaigns and come up with exciting new ideas to highlight the benefits of being a member.

I scout production houses, hire crews and coordinate filming schedules. From there, I oversee the project by maintaining clear communication, reviewing edits and approving final creative to go live on our website and social channels.
